From the Hawaiian islands where I was born, to northern shores of the east coast, and the many places in between, is where I draw the spirit of the cuisine we serve. From a young age, I have had a love for cooking and experimenting with flavors. I am proud to bring my passion to your table.

My island home put food in my hand from the time I could walk. In addition to harvesting fresh food and cooking for loved ones, by the age of seven I worked for our family catering business. This upbringing led to my formal training at San Francisco's Le Cordon Bleu, followed by 20 years of experience in the field.
