As a professional chef, I am dedicated to creating culinary experiences that are tailored to your specific needs and preferences. I use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients to craft delicious and healthy meals. Enjoying the remote beauty can often mean sacrificing our creature comforts including your favorite foods. Hauling in food to get the house stocked can make a vacation feel like work. Let us keep you fed while you enjoy the lake. Whether you're looking for a weekly meal delivery service, a private dinner party, or a cooking demonstration, I will work with you to create a personalized experience that meets your needs. On The Water at Lakefront Pavilion
Join us for a wonderful mid-day cooking class experience on the water at the Lakefront Pavilion. Staying aligned with Wellness Weekend's theme of Mind, Body, & Spirit. You will be immersed in a culinary experience that allows you to be the artist, without all of the work. Learn techniques, build your whole meal, then dine and enjoy the fruits of your efforts. All supplies will be provided along with take home recipe cards. There will be a special prize for the top students! It should be a beautiful day, it is the fall equinox after all. From the Hawaiian islands where I was born, to northern shores of the east coast, and the many places in between, is where I draw the spirit of the cuisine we serve. From a young age, I have had a love for cooking and experimenting with flavors. I am proud to bring my passion to your table.
My island home put food in my hand from the time I could walk. In addition to harvesting fresh food and cooking for loved ones, by the age of seven I worked for our family catering business. This upbringing led to my formal training at San Francisco's Le Cordon Bleu, followed by 20 years of experience in the field.
As a modern American Chef, styled through our country's culinary heartlands, I offer a wide variety of menu options. I believe that cooking should be fun, creative, and approachable. I strive to make delicious and healthy meals that are accessible to everyone, regardless of their skill level in the kitchen.
